Our client is a leading provider of technology solutions designed to automate the sales and service of insurance products for insurance carriers. Their flagship product, Dragon, is a tools-based, data-driven insurance underwriting, policy administration, rating and workflow engine.

Develop test cases based on Product Management specifications and Use Cases, including for lines of business (LOBS), acceptance & smoke testing. Set up and maintain a QA Test Environment for testing Core releases. Set up and maintain a QA Test/customer environment for testing customer-specific releases. Establish and operate defect tracking via PVCS and JIRA.

Manage tool definition to support the product life cycle, as well as requirement tracking and trace-ability. Manage software test efforts, release management and process definition.

Assist in data collection methodologies and quantification on financial impact of results. Provide technical (quality tool) and statistical expertise to teams as well as one on one support. Facilitate implementation of process control systems and statistical process control charts. Provide process improvement know how, methods and conceptual expertise to all teams across the company. Identify application opportunities for the technical/statistical tools of quality/process improvement. Assist teams in presenting data and conclusions clearly.

    The Senior Oracle Database Engineer will provide the technical domain and leadership required to effectively deliver high quality, timely solutions and services that meet EA's business needs with a focus on the Online IT line of business. The Senior Oracle DBA Engineer's primary focus is to research, evaluate, plan design, allocate, implement, support and optimize all aspects of EA*s Oracle databases in a high volume transactional environment with critical uptime requirements. This position requires excellent Oracle knowledge with expertise in performance tuning, trouble shooting and database backup and recovery.

    REQUIRED SKILLS

    WebSphere / J2EE Architect

    Senior Developer/Architect will help develop enterprise-class e-commerce applications and associated business processes, generate requirements documentation, detailed design specifications, and test plans for WebSphere Commerce applications, and work with Business Analysts to understand business requirements.

    Additional responsibilities include: developing reusable components and services that address the requirements discovered, developing catalog load processes, helping develop methodologies to implement technology solutions while incorporating best practices from an internal and external perspective, and supporting developers in configuration of development environments and deployment of application builds.

    The Architect will lead technical design efforts and perform peer code reviews, provide estimates to assist project managers in building Work Packages and Work Breakdown Structures, periodically support business development efforts related to WebSphere Commerce, and document architecture standards and usage guidelines.
